Search for User
Search for a user to view and migrate their devices.
Select Device to Migrate
Choose which device to migrate for the selected user.
⚠️ ADMIN WARNING
You are about to migrate a device on behalf of another user. This action is irreversible.
- Ensure the user has saved their data to OneDrive/SharePoint
- Verify the correct device is selected before proceeding
- The user's device will restart immediately when migration begins
- Email notification will be sent documenting this admin action

This will immediately migrate the selected user's device
⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING
This action will completely wipe your device and reinstall Windows.
Once started, this process CANNOT be stopped or reversed. All data on this device will be permanently erased.
- All local files will be permanently deleted - including Downloads, Desktop, Documents (unless saved to OneDrive/SharePoint)
- All installed applications will be removed - You'll need to reinstall everything from Company Portal
- Your device will restart and take 30-60 minutes to complete the migration process
- You will need to sign in again after the process completes
✓ Applications available in Company Portal will remain available for reinstallation after the migration.
