You are signed in as an administrator. You can migrate devices for any user in the organization.

Search for User

Search for a user to view and migrate their devices.

Select Device to Migrate

Choose which device to migrate for the selected user.

Autopilot User Assignment

Specify which user to assign to the Autopilot device. This is pre-filled with the target user's UPN.

User to Assign (UPN):

Leave empty to skip Autopilot user assignment. The user will be assigned as the primary user of the Autopilot device profile.

Verify the correct device is selected before proceeding
The user's device will restart immediately when migration begins
Email notification will be sent documenting this admin action

To verify which device you're on:

Press Windows Key + R
Type: cmd and press Enter
Type: hostname and press Enter
Match the hostname with a device in the dropdown below

Your device is currently on the Hybrid/Laptop build and is ready to be migrated to the Cloud build.

Please continue below to complete the pre-migration checklist and start the migration process.

🔄 Device Refresh (Optional)

Your device is already on the Cloud build.

You can use this tool to perform a fresh wipe/refresh if you are experiencing issues with your device.

⚠️ This is NOT required for migration - only use this if you want a completely fresh install.

Note: Your user account will be automatically assigned to the Autopilot device during migration.

⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING

This action will completely wipe your device and reinstall Windows.

⛔ THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE

Once started, this process CANNOT be stopped or reversed. All data on this device will be permanently erased.

All local files will be permanently deleted
All installed applications will be removed
Your device will restart and take approximately 2 hours to complete the process
You will need to sign in again after the process completes

Before proceeding, please check the boxes below to confirm you have done the following:

1. OneDrive Backup: Ensure your files are synced to OneDrive. OneDrive automatically backs up Desktop, Documents, Pictures, and Videos. Check that you see the green checkmark or cloud icon next to your files to confirm they are synced. 2. Downloads Folder: The Downloads folder is not backed up. If you have important files saved there, move them into your OneDrive folders. 3. Other Folders on C: Drive: If you've created any custom folders on your laptop (outside of the usual Documents, Desktop, etc.), move their contents to OneDrive. 4. Web Browser Bookmarks: Back up any bookmarks/favourites you want to keep. If you use Chrome, Edge, or Firefox, make sure they are synced with your account. 5. Passwords: If you use Google Password Manager, make sure it's syncing. If you use another password manager or save passwords directly in your browser, ensure they are backed up. 6. Emails & Calendar: Outlook emails and calendar items are cloud-based and will return once you sign back in, so nothing extra is needed here. 7. Special Applications: If you have any special apps installed that are not standard, please make sure they are noted. These will be available again for installation through the Company Portal once your device is rebuilt. 8. Digital Applications: If you use Anaconda, VS Code, Node.js etc, please ensure that your environments are backed up as well. 9. Close Applications: Closed all applications 10. Power Connected: Connected to power (do not run on battery) 11. Time Required: Set aside 2 hours for the migration to complete
